For seeking Digital Signature you have to submit the following documents along with originals wherever necessary
- Proof of residence - Telephone Bill / Electricity Bill / Water Bill
- I D Proof - PAN Card / Pass Port / Voter ID / Driving Licence / Employee ID Card
- Payment may be made by Cash/DD favoring "M/s DSIIDC Ltd." payable at New Delhi
- Changing E-mail ID - Rs. 50/-
After submitting the form you will receive 3 mails from MTNL TrustLine as given below :
- PreRegistration for MTNL Class 2 Individual Certificate
- Revocation Password for Class 2 Individual Certificate
- Claiming password for Class 2 Individual Certificate
