Business Facilitation Council

The Government has established Business Facilitation Council (BFC) to facilitate entrepreneurs in obtaining clearances from various departments / agencies for setting up of industrial enterprises.

The constituents of BFC include representatives from Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Delhi Development Authority, Delhi Pollution Control Committee, Industrial Associations, Labour Department, Excise Department,Trade & Taxes Department etc.

The Industries Association are actively participating in the decision making process at BFC. Many inter-departmental issues are being resolved at BFC.
