DSIIDC Liquor Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) - a Government of NCT of Delhi undertaking. Due to variety of works that
DSIIDC has been undertaking, it was at times difficult to focus on the specific activities related to Indian Made Foreign Liquor and tap the ever increasing potential in this field, it was thereby decided by the
board of DSIIDC to carve out an entity exclusively dedicated to Liquor/IMFL activities.
Accordingly, the Board of Directors of DSIIDC, in its meeting held on 12th January 2011, decided to form, an
independent subsidiary company of the Corporation.
In compliance of the Board's decision, DSIIDC Liquor limited was incorporated on 19th May 2011 with an aim to take up the liquor related
projects/services in India or elsewhere.
